Record Retention
Southwest Care Center acknowledges its responsibility to preserve information relating to litigation, audits and investigations.
Failure on the part of team members to follow this policy can result in possible civil and criminal sanctions against the Organization and its team members and possible disciplinary action against responsible individuals (up to and including discharge of the team member).
Each team member has an obligation to contact the Director of Human Resources or the Director of Quality, Compliance and Risk to inform them of potential or actual litigation, external audit, investigation or similar proceeding involving the Organization that may have an impact on record retention protocols.
