Open Door Policy

All team members have the opportunity to express ideas and opinions to organization leadership. The Organization believes that open communication is essential to a successful work environment, as well as to the Organization's success.

Team members who would like to bring an idea or suggestion to the Organization's attention, or just simply wishes to discuss an issue not covered by a separate reporting procedures, are always welcome to send an email or make a call directly to a member of the Southwest Care Center leadership team.
